It was taken on September 2005. This photograph shows an expression of the Sasak girl who live in the Sembalun Lawang village (1,014 m above sea level), Mount Rinjani base camp. I took the photos in the morning when he prepared to face a rice field with her mother. Her face expression shows dislike against modern civilization, it is reasonable because he lived in the remote farmers in the village environment. I took her picture from far away using the zoom lens in order to get her natural expression.

On June 8, 2004, National Geographic Society's Washington, DC, awards Rinjani National Park as The World Legacy for Destination Stewardship category. Mount Rinjani is located on the island of Lombok, Indonesia. Lombok is a small island with an area of approximately 4,725 km². Rinjani has a history as a volcano that has been erupted several times. The 6 km by 8.5 km oval-shaped caldera is filled partially by a crater lake known as Segara Anak. Now, Caldera is becoming a beautiful lake called Lake Segara Anak. Lake segara Anak have an elevation 2.015m above sea level. Take around 18 hours on foot from the village Sembalun Lawang, East Lombok. Segara Anak is a sacred place for the Sasak tribe, the native of Lombok island. In a certain time they go to the lake to worship the gods, while the cure of disease. In addition to the place considered holy, all of the lake is also a source of living. there had batolit below the lake, but many fish can live in the lake, the fish are fish called carper.
